Construction specification:
The historic façade and the main staircase are listed buildings. Here the implementation of the
the prescribed renovation measures of the Federal Office for the Protection of Monuments. On the east and west facades
two new steel escape staircases were built to guarantee the escape route.
Special attention was paid to barrier-free access throughout the building.
