Because of the large number of historical buildings in the federal capital of Vienna, many of our building construction projects are carried out in the fields of reconstruction, basement renovation, attic development, and façade renovation.

Activities over the years in the field of revitalization have led to constant positive development in terms of quality and quantity in that specific sector of the building industry. Our employees are experienced and specially trained. Thus they are qualified to conduct projects in collaboration with the Federal Office for the Protection of Historical Monuments when it comes to the preservation of cultural heritage.

Both the Baumgartner Höhe Hospital project, in the course of which pavilions Nos. III, V, and XI were refurbished, and the Traungasse project were awarded the Urban Revitalization Prize.
